I’m Jenny — a Business English coach who helps adults communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally at work.Before teaching, I spent more than a decade in sales, account management, and international business. I worked with clients and teams across Europe and Asia, coordinated projects, delivered presentations, negotiated contracts, and communicated daily with colleagues from different cultures and language backgrounds.That experience taught me something important:

PaymentsAll paid lessons and lesson packages must be paid in advance to secure your booking.Payments are non-refundable once a lesson or package has begun.2. Free Discovery CallYour first 20–25 minute call is completely free.
This is not a trial lesson — it is a conversation to discuss your goals and plan your learning.Only one free discovery call is offered per student.3. Cancellations & ReschedulingPlease give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.Missed lessons (“no-shows”) are also charged in full.4. Lesson Packs6-lesson courses: valid for 8 weeks12-lesson courses: valid for 16 weeksUnused lessons are non-refundable and cannot be carried over beyond the validity period.5. LatenessIf you are late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time.If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be marked as a no-show.6. CommunicationI am available via email or WhatsApp for questions or rescheduling.Messages outside working hours may be responded to the next day.7.
